Product Nature & Consumption Disclaimer

Mr. Cool sells frozen ice pop products that are intended to be consumed only after being properly frozen.

Important: Due to logistics, climate conditions, and courier limitations across Pakistan, we do not guarantee delivery of products in a frozen state.

Products may arrive partially or fully melted. This is expected and does not indicate a defect or quality issue.

Customer Responsibility: Upon delivery, customers must immediately place the ice pops in a freezer and allow them to freeze completely before consumption.

Mr. Cool is not responsible for products consumed without proper freezing.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected misuse.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Credit / Debit Cards
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa
• Bank Transfer

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan using insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Mr. Cool is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

No Guarantee of Frozen Delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Products may arrive melted or softened
• This does not qualify as damage or defect
• Freezing after delivery is the customer’s responsibility
• No refunds or replacements will be issued solely due to melted condition

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Accuracy of Information
