7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Important: Due to the nature of our products (frozen food items), we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed products that have been kept frozen and in perfect condition.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened ice pop packages in original sealed condition
- Products that arrived damaged or defective
- Products that were incorrect or missing from your order
- Products with quality issues (melted during transit, packaging damage)
- Products received within the 7-day return window
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products that have been improperly stored (not kept frozen)
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Products without original packaging or seals
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Get Return Authorization
- Return Authorization (RA) number

Note: Do not ship products back without authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the product securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship to the provided address.
Important: For damaged or quality-related issues, we may arrange free pickup.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
